Downtown Austin will soon have another Luxury Condominium Building breaking ground on the corner of 5th Street and West.
Being built on the former Texas Press Association Building, the 448 foot, 39 story luxury condo tower will accommodate 154 new urban contemporary units for sale. Pre-sales will soon be under way and pricing is expected to begin in the $500,000 range. Developer, Riverside Resources hopes to have the project complete for its new residents by fall 2017.
